Stronger For longer = Barre Pilates + Strength Training - A full-body workout designed to keep you strong, confident and moving well — without getting up and down from the floor. This unique class blends Barre Pilates with evidence-based Strength Training to improve your longevity, strength and everyday function. Why Strength Training matters: - Counter age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia) - Improve balance, coordination, and agility - Increase bone mineral density to help reduce the risk of osteopenia and osteoporosis - Strengthen the pelvic floor to reduce leaking and incontinence — a common but often unspoken barrier to exercise for many women What to expect: ✔️ A balanced mix of full-body Barre Pilates and Resistance Training ✔️ All equipment provided — just bring yourself ✔️ Expert guidance and support from a Chartered Physiotherapist in a welcoming, supportive environment Build strength, protect your body, and feel confident in your movement — now and for the future.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds / Transfers - All courses of classes are non refundable and non transferrable, to future dates, once the course has commenced. - If you feel your class is unsuitable we can arrange a class transfer to another class, within the same course dates. This is subject to space availability & is non transferrable to future courses. Advertising - On occasion we will take video and/or photo content during classes.
