Service Description
Experience the fundamentals of Strength Training specifically designed to improve your Physical Health & Wellbeing. Classes are Pay As You Go for the summer. July Classes to be added to the schedule soon. Evidence Based Exercise Protocols to: - Offset decline in your muscles and joints (Sarcopenia) - Improve your agility & balance - Improve your bone mineral density to reduce Osteopenia or Osteoporosis Level: Some experience of strength training advised ✔️ Each class is a mixture of whole body Mobility, Pilates and Resistance Training ✔️ You will be provided you with all the necessary equipment but bringing you own mat is advised ✔️ Practice with the full support of an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, Movement Coach & expert in injury prevention

Cancellation Policy
- Deposits made online to secure bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. - Clients are advised not to book too far in advance or purchase block bookings unless they are confident that they can attend, as deposits are non-refundable. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. - Clients on the waiting list will be given priority for any places that become available. - Physiofit reserves the right to amend schedules, instructors or services where necessary.
