Service Description
Experience the fundamentals of Strength Training specifically designed to improve your Physical Health & Wellbeing. - This class is CLOSED to new participants. We will only accept bookings from returnee participants specific to this class. (New participants are welcome to join us at 10.30 am) Evidence Based Exercise Protocols to: - Offset decline in your muscles and joints (Sarcopenia) - Improve your agility & balance - Improve your bone mineral density to reduce Osteopenia or Osteoporosis - Improve your pelvic floor strength to reduce leaking / incontinence (we know that this can be a big barrier for women joining classes) ✔️ Each class is a mixture of whole body Mobility, Pilates and Resistance Training ✔️ You will be provided you with all the necessary equipment ✔️ Practice with the full support of an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, Movement Coach & expert in injury prevention - 7 Week Course with Lisa Tobin

Cancellation Policy
Refunds / Transfers - All courses of classes are non refundable and non transferrable, to future dates, once the course has commenced. - If you feel your class is unsuitable we can arrange a class transfer to another class, within the same course dates. This is subject to space availability & is non transferrable to future courses. Advertising - On occasion we will take video and/or photo content during classes.
