Experience the fundamentals of Strength Training specifically designed to improve your Physical Health & Wellbeing. Evidence Based Exercise Protocols to: - Offset decline in your muscles and joints (Sarcopenia) - Improve your agility & balance - Improve your bone mineral density to reduce Osteopenia or Osteoporosis - Improve your pelvic floor strength to reduce leaking / incontinence (we know that this can be a big barrier for women joining classes) ✔️ Each class is a mixture of whole body Mobility, Pilates and Resistance Training ✔️ You will be provided you with all the necessary equipment ✔️ Practice with the full support of an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, Movement Coach & expert in injury prevention - 7 week course with Lisa Tobin

Cancellation Policy
Refunds / Transfers - All courses of classes are non refundable and non transferrable, to future dates, once the course has commenced. - If you feel your class is unsuitable we can arrange a class transfer to another class, within the same course dates. This is subject to space availability & is non transferrable to future courses. Advertising - On occasion we will take video and/or photo content during classes.
