Our Pregnancy Retreat Morning is a beautifully immersive experience that blends movement, education, connection, and relaxation — giving every mum-to-be the chance to slow down, prepare and truly feel supported. Whether you’re early in pregnancy or nearing your due date, this retreat offers a grounding reset and a chance to learn, move and feel empowered for birth and beyond. What's Included: • Welcome Teas on Arrival Begin your morning with a warm, welcoming arrival, greeted with pregnancy-safe teas and refreshments. • Pregnancy Pilates, Strength & Functional Movement Learn how to support your changing body, build with a pregnancy-specific Pilates and Strength class. Enjoy energising movement that leaves you feeling uplifted. • Pelvic Floor Birth Preparation Learn evidence-based tips you can start using immediately to prepare, protect, and restore your pelvic floor through pregnancy, birth, and recovery. • Active Birth & Hypnobirthing Tools Explore practical and powerful techniques that prepare you for labour. Through Active Birth and Hypnobirthing-inspired exercises, you’ll learn: - Breathing techniques for labour - Comfortable and effective birthing positions - Partner-free tools to help you stay calm, grounded, and in control • Fear Release Session Pregnancy can bring both excitement and uncertainty. Our guided fear-release session gently helps you acknowledge and let go of anxieties, offering emotional clarity and a renewed sense of calm and confidence. • Reflection, Journaling & Birth Affirmations Take a quiet moment to tune inward. With guided meditations and all materials provided, you’ll create meaningful birth affirmations and journal reflections to support a positive, confident birth mindset. • Closing Circle, Nourishing Treats & Heartfelt Conversations We end the morning together in a nurturing circle, sharing wholesome treats, gentle conversation, and space to integrate everything you’ve experienced. Who's it for: This retreat is suitable for all mums-to-be, in any trimester and at any fitness level. No Pilates, Strength or Hypnobirthing experience is needed — just come as you are.
