Service Description
An evidence-based return to movement — designed for the postnatal body. Our 5-Week Rehabilitative Exercise Program, led by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, offers a premium, small-group experience for mums ready to rebuild strength, restore confidence and return to impact safely. • Starting Thursday 26th Feb at 10am This program bridges the gap between postnatal recovery and confident movement — combining clinical expertise with mindful strength training in a calm, supportive studio environment. Across five weeks, you will: ✔️ Gain a clear understanding of how pregnancy, labour, and birth have affected your body ✔️ Learn effective, stage-appropriate postnatal exercise using Pilates, progressive strength training, mobility, flexibility & yoga ✔️ Be educated on common postnatal conditions including: • Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) • Pelvic floor dysfunction (incontinence & prolapse) • Musculoskeletal injuries related to posture, lifting & overuse ✔️ Follow evidence-based strengthening protocols for your core and pelvic floor ✔️ Complete a Return to Run assessment to determine readiness for higher impact exercise ✔️ Receive fully adaptable programming tailored to your individual stage of recovery 🤍 Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 8 weeks post caesarean 🤍 Babies welcome (up to ~9 months or prior to active mobility) 🤍 A judgement-free, nurturing space — feeding, settling, changing all encouraged 🤍 Post-class café catch-ups to connect with other mums (optional) This is not a standard postnatal class. It’s a clinically informed, thoughtfully curated rehabilitation experience — empowering you to move forward with strength, clarity and confidence.

Cancellation Policy
• Please allow 24 hours notice (prior to the first class) if you need to cancel your class / course. No refunds can be issued following the commencement of the course. • Under no circumstances can we transfer class or course fees to future class or course dates. This affects the longterm viability of our classes and therefore we implement this policy strictly, with no exceptions. • Having attended class one, if you have any concerns regarding your suitability for your chosen class, please bring this to the attention of management via email before the commencement of class two. This is subject to availability. • As a community building initiative we may ask consent to take photographs and/or videos during classes for promotional purposes. We will endeavour to be as discreet as possible and maintain anonymity.
