Barre is a refined, athletic workout inspired by Ballet conditioning, Pilates and strength training. Using controlled movements - often at the barre, you'll target deep, stabilising muscles that traditional workouts often miss. Every exercise has purpose—targeting the right muscles, protecting your joints and delivering results you can feel. Cancellation Policy
Refunds / Transfers - All courses of classes are non refundable and non transferrable, to future dates, once the course has commenced. - If you feel your class is unsuitable we can arrange a class transfer to another class, within the same course dates. This is subject to space availability & is non transferrable to future courses. Advertising - On occasion we will take video and/or photo content during classes.
