Her hands on approach is fantastic and ive never been told "you cant do...", having said that she will always advise me on what i can/should be doing. Have been attending Niamh's yoga classes for the last couple of years, in person pre-covid and over zoom for the past year. Niamh is an excellent teacher and explains and breaks down the moves so well. No matter what your ability level she will help you to progress at your own pace. The zoom classes have been such a godsend during lockdowns. I always feel great after Niamh's classes, I can't recommend them highly enough.
