In this class we take you through the fundamentals of Strength Training specifically for the benefits of your Health & Wellbeing - Offset decline in your muscles and joints (Sarcopenia) - Improve your balance - Improve your bone mineral density to reduce Osteopenia or Osteoporosis - Improve your pelvic floor strength to improve incontinence ✔️ This Strength program is mixture of Mobility, Pilates and Resistance Training ✔️ You will be provided you with all the necessary equipment ✔️ Practice with the full support of an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist

Refunds / Transfers - All courses of classes are non refundable and non transferrable, to future dates, once the course has commenced. - If you feel your class is unsuitable we can arrange a class transfer to another class, within the same course dates. This is subject to space availability & is non transferrable to future courses. Advertising - On occasion we will take video and/or photo content during classes.
