Combining the feel good elements of Pilates with the added health benefits of resistance training. ✅ Prevent Sacropenia (Loss of muscle mass) ✅ Reduce Osteopenia (Reduction in Bone Mineral Density) ✅ Move with Confidence - Achieve so much in one hour: Strength, Core Stability, Mobility & Endurance - Join a very inclusive, fun energetic class - Move confidently with the full support of a Chartered Physiotherapist - Choose your own weight and intensity - We remove any fear or intimidation of lifting weight - All levels are welcome and beginners are fully supported ✅ We're delighted to run this class as Pay As You Go for the summer. 5 euro (non - refundable) deposit is required to secure your place. Places are limited.
