Service Description

Regain confidence in your post natal body & remove the fear of impact exercise - with this 5 week Rehabilitative Exercise Program, with a Pelvic Health Physio ✔️ Demystify your post natal body ✔️ Understand the impact that pregnancy, labour and birth has had on your body ✔️ Practice effective post natal exercise, appropriate for your stage using a combination of: • Pilates • Weight Training • Mobility, Flexibility & Yoga ✔️ You will be individually screened / assessed for the following post natal conditions: • Diastasis Recti • Pelvic Floor Issues: Incontinence & Pelvic Organ Prolapse • Musculoskeletal: Overuse, Postural or Lifting Injuries ✔️ Follow evidence based strengthening programs for your core & pelvic floor muscles ✔️ Carry out the 'Return to Run' assessment protocol to evaluate your readiness to return to high impact sports ✔️ Bring your baby & meet other mums • Suitable 6 weeks following vaginal delivery or 8 weeks following C-Section • Your baby will be very welcome to attend (Pre crawlers only) • Mums (with active crawlers / toddlers) are very welcome to attend without baby

Cancellation Policy

• Please allow 24 hours notice (prior to the first class) if you need to cancel your class / course. No refunds can be issued following the commencement of the course. • Under no circumstances can we transfer class or course fees to future class or course dates. This affects the longterm viability of our classes and therefore we implement this policy strictly, with no exceptions. • Having attended class one, if you have any concerns regarding your suitability for your chosen class, please bring this to the attention of management via email before the commencement of class two. This is subject to availability. • As a community building initiative we may ask consent to take photographs and/or videos during classes for promotional purposes. We will endeavour to be as discreet as possible and maintain anonymity.
